First of all, many people think earthquake only happen in California. Not true. Missouri has a large fault called New Madrid Fault, which is about 2.5 hours drive south of St. Louis. Researchers and scientists have predicted that there will be a big earthquake in St. Louis in the near future. So, it’s important to us that we be prepared now.

News Alert – President Obama’s Comments on Broadband Accessibility Reinforce CSD’s Project Endeavor

SD was awarded a $14.9 million contract specifically to create access to high-speed Internet for low-income deaf and hard of hearing people. CSD has called this recently launched program “Project Endeavor.” Besides creating approximately 60 jobs, the Project Endeavor contact center is currently qualifying consumers for a notebook computer and a 12-month wireless broadband plan, pending income guidelines.
